- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget across 3-5 concurrent projects
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of future-proof systems
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape mapping for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record leading $1M+ R&D initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with government innovation programs (SBIR, DARPA, etc.)
- Fluency in future-casting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi method)
