- Lead technology scenario planning and risk mitigation for disruptive market shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Present future technology roadmaps to investors and executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI measurement
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies (Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends: AGI, quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
