Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ implementation across quantum AI, synthetic biology, and climate tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Caltech research partners to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, WHO, and Fortune 500 companies for ecosystem integration
- Drive patent development for at least 3 disruptive technologies annually
- Present technology visions at Davos, CES, and UN Innovation Summits
- Mentor a team of PhD-level researchers in emerging tech convergence
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through government and private channels
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Biotechnology with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ unicorn exits)
- Expertise in ISO 20700 innovation management frameworks and TRIZ methodology
- Published research in Nature/Science journals with >500 citations
- Security clearance for Pentagon/DOE collaborative projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Simulink, TensorFlow Quantum, and CRISPR-Cas9 modeling
- Experience securing DARPA/EU Horizon grants ($10M+ awards)
