Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and technology incubation programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching tech innovations with $10M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network of connections with venture capital and research institutions
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, CETI) preferred
- Experience with agile development in regulated environments
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
