Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Partner with product teams to translate future trends into actionable R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption readiness and ROI for futuristic initiatives
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Manage external relationships with research institutions, startups, and technology consortia
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and future-focused thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
