Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026+ market trends
- Analyze emerging tech disruptors (quantum, biotech, AR/VR) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic briefings to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI on R&D initiatives
- Nurture partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Credibility with venture capital and enterprise tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Prior experience scaling teams through exponential growth phases
