- Partner with global governments to shape future tech policy frameworks
- Drive patent strategy targeting 15+ breakthrough innovations annually
- Monitor quantum/AI convergence trends to identify $100M+ market opportunities
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech ethics and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in quantum/AI ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and AI-quantum hybrid systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Security clearance for classified government projects (preferred)
