Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration, biometric security, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in Web4 and decentralized infrastructure
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic investments
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation sandbox
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members quarterly
- Manage external partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite levels
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
