- Architect and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints exploring AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential to disrupt our industry
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future-vision roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
- Foster an internal culture of curiosity through hackathons and thought leadership
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks shaping 2026 landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
