Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging tech sectors
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage strategic initiatives across R&D, product, and commercial teams
- Present technology visions to investors, clients, and industry partners
- Identify and mitigate ethical, regulatory, and adoption risks
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
