Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 3-year technology foresight roadmap targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Develop strategic partnerships with R&D labs and academic institutions for 2026 innovation pipelines
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with commercialization targets
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in emerging tech foresight
- Proven track record leading tech transformation initiatives targeting 2025-2026 horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive presentation experience
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) preferred
- Portfolio of published technology trend analysis or white papers
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
