Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR integration, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions and market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Mentor senior technologists and foster a culture of innovation across global R&D centers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of successfully launching cutting-edge technologies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, sustainable tech, and neuro interfaces
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business narratives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or innovation management
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
