Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for 2026+ implementation
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruption timelines
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into product development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members with data-backed projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers for R&D acceleration
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
