Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess their business impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across product and service portfolios
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify future growth opportunities
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
- Define KPIs for measuring innovation portfolio success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience building executive-level technology strategy presentations
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
