Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum AI, bio-digital convergence, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption across fintech, healthcare, and climate sectors
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, carbon capture)
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech risks/opportunities using predictive analytics and foresight methodologies
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT, Stanford, and EU research partners
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Secure $5M+ in grants for moonshot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Published thought leadership on exponential tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in computational science, systems theory, or futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Track record of launching 3+ disruptive products/services
- Deep network with DARPA, IEEE, and global tech councils
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing principles
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IEEE 7000)
