Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing government innovation grants and funding
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
