- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and R&D initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- 12+ years experience in technology leadership with 5+ in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching successful future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, IoT, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities with data-driven decision making
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience managing large-scale innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
