Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a long-term strategic vision for technology adoption, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced automation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to align tech strategies with broader business goals.
- Process Optimization: Oversee the integration of futuristic tech solutions to streamline operations and enhance user experiences.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling and clear manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in strategic planning, technology management, or a related executive role.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and successfully implementing them in a business environment.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior strategists.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, specifically AI/ML and cloud architecture.
