- Establish KPIs for emerging technology ROI and competitive benchmarking
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies for future-proof product development

Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web3.0 infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Go preferred)
