Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 2026 technology roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech) for strategic integration
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position InnovateX as industry pioneer
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board members securing executive buy-in
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking innovation pipeline success
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state technology forecasting
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder management at C-suite level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT analysis)
