Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech)
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published research or patents in future technologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
