Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market scanning for disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects with global teams
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts
- Certification in strategic management or technology foresight (preferred)
