Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Develop patent-worthy innovation frameworks for sustainable tech solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present disruptive tech concepts to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Drive R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or 10+ years equivalent experience)
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits)
- Expertise in at least two of: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized systems
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($5M+)
- Portfolio of deployed AI/ML systems serving 1M+ users
