Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, biotech) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Oversee cross-functional implementation of tech initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and competitive advantage

- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of executing large-scale digital transformations
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs preferred
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
