Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmapping for quantum-AI hybrid systems targeting 2026 commercial deployment
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms in regulated industries
- Direct R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact of emerging technologies
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech priorities into corporate strategy
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with >$50M commercial impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within DARPA, IEEE, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio of published research on technological convergence
