- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Present foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with publications in Nature/Science
- Proven track record leading teams in quantum computing or AI development
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech convergence points (e.g., AGI, climate tech)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($10M+ value)
- Published author in technology foresight or futurism
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
