- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable tech) and develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with measurable business impact
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive innovation initiatives from concept to market launch, ensuring scalability and ethical alignment
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products/services with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technologies preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
