Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) into core business strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate industry shifts and position InnovateX as an industry leader
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with company vision and growth targets
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future-focused initiatives, measuring impact on innovation and market positioning
- Drive strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present compelling technology vision and progress to stakeholders, investors, and industry forums
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven experience developing and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing applications
