Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning tech innovation with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Conduct foresight research and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in emerging tech strategy or corporate innovation
- Proven track record in commercializing next-gen technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech landscapes
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional innovation teams
