Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Roadmap: Establish the long-term vision and technical strategy for QuantumHorizon, specifically focusing on innovations relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering an environment of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures that anticipate market shifts and technological advancements.
- Pilot Emerging Technologies: Research and evaluate new technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Quantum Readiness) to integrate them into our core product lines.

Qualifications
