Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching award-winning future-tech products
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Quantum Computing, or Bio-Tech
- Expertise in technology forecasting (Gartner, Forrester methodologies)
- Strong portfolio of patent-pending innovations
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Certified in Future Tech Ethics (IEEE or ACM preferred)
