Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with 15+ engineers and researchers
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into commercial prototypes with 6-month MVP cycles
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and investors quarterly
- Mentor a team of 8-12 specialists in emerging technologies
- Drive patent development for novel tech concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record delivering at least 3 commercialized tech innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Published research in top-tier journals or conferences
- Proficiency in agile methodologies for R&D environments
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
