Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for climate tech and biotechnology convergence
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment in autonomous systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and research institutions
- Present innovation strategies to investors and board members with data-driven projections
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future industries
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across all product development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable technology
- Proven track record of launching at least two cutting-edge tech products
- Experience with scenario planning for technological disruption
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
