Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in designing 2026-optimized systems integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems

- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum algorithms

- Author white papers on ethical AI governance for 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and integrate breakthrough startups
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent 10+ years in applied R&D)
- Proven expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or neuromorphic engineering)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, or ACM) or equivalent industry patents
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience leading global tech initiatives with budgets >$50M
- Deep understanding of 2026 regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US Quantum Computing Act)
