Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, focusing on AGI and Quantum integration.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers to prototype high-performance neural interfaces.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and transparency in autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with C-level leadership to align technical vision with long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to next-gen distributed ledger systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum computing.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and quantum algorithms.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Python, C++, and Rust is highly preferred.
