Responsibilities
- Forecast technology trends and market disruptions relevant to 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce actionable insights through scenario planning and competitive analysis
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present futuristic roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
