Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI roadmap aligning with global sustainability and quantum computing initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy AI solutions in 5G infrastructure and biotech sectors
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants from NSF and DARPA for emerging technology projects
- Establish industry partnerships with NASA and MIT for collaborative research in autonomous systems
- Mentor 10+ researchers in generative AI and neuromorphic computing methodologies
- Present strategic vision at global forums like Web Summit and CES 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning or equivalent experience with 10+ years in AI product development
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum neural networks or explainable AI
- Proven record of scaling AI teams from 5 to 50+ engineers across 3 continents
- Expertise in federated learning and edge AI deployment for IoT ecosystems
- Certified in AWS/Azure AI architecture with 5+ cloud-native AI deployments
- Fluency in Python, PyTorch, and low-latency C++ optimization
- Portfolio demonstrating AI systems processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time
