Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives and emerging technological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement AI solutions with 10+ year impact horizons
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ in AI innovation funding
- Pioneer industry standards for quantum-AI hybrid architectures through partnerships with MIT and Stanford
- Mentor AI ethics specialists while maintaining compliance with evolving global AI regulations
- Present strategic vision to investors, policymakers, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years at director/executive level
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS) on long-term AI systems
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or generative adversarial networks
- Proven track record of securing $100M+ in AI innovation funding
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Framework, and global regulatory landscapes
- PhD in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Experience scaling AI teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
