Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable ML models for next-gen autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid computing and neural-symbolic integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype 2026-ready AI applications
- Optimize computational efficiency for edge and distributed AI ecosystems
- Drive innovation in explainable AI (XAI) and ethical AI frameworks
- Publish research in top-tier AI conferences and contribute to open-source projects
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/ML with 5+ years of production AI experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow, transformer architectures, and MLOps
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML or equivalent AI conference
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade ML systems
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing fundamentals and neuromorphic engineering
- Strong background in AI safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with distributed training frameworks (Ray, Horovod)
