Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and autonomous systems targeting 2026 deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions

Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years of applied ML experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record deploying production-grade ML systems at scale
- Strong background in AI ethics, fairness metrics, and responsible AI development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Published research or patents in AI/ML or related domains preferred
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end AI projects with measurable business impact
