Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 AI strategy roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to prototype next-gen AI applications for healthcare, climate, and autonomous systems
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for collaborative research initiatives
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Drive adoption of responsible AI principles across all product development lifecycles
- Mentor AI ethics and governance task force shaping industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record scaling AI systems serving 10M+ users or $500M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and explainable AI
- Experience presenting at Davos, TED, or equivalent high-impact forums
- Certification in AI ethics from IEEE or ACM with governance leadership experience
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
