Responsibilities

- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Author thought leadership publications on AI's societal impact
- Partner with R&D to validate feasibility of futuristic concepts
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/AI with 7+ years strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in deploying production-level ML systems at scale
- Deep expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and explainable AI
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
