Responsibilities

- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptions (bio-AI, neuro-interfaces)
- Present strategic insights at global tech summits and publish white papers
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental AI projects
- Mentor junior futurists in technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in deploying enterprise-scale AI transformation projects
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative adversarial networks, and neuro-symbolic AI
- Published author in peer-reviewed AI ethics or future technology journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent
- Experience presenting at TED, Web Summit, or equivalent high-impact forums
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Prolog) and ML frameworks
