Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-focused AI frameworks integrating quantum and neuromorphic computing
- Lead research pods developing solutions for climate modeling and personalized medicine
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits and publish in Nature/AI journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 'NextGen Innovators' program
- Collaborate with policy councils on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Drive commercialization of patented technologies through our venture arm
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years R&D experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or generative AI
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Portfolio of patented technologies or peer-reviewed publications
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
