Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 technological capabilities
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Develop transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) deployment in regulated industries
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI adoption across product lines
- Establish compliance frameworks for evolving international AI regulations (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Create stakeholder education programs on AI ethics for employees and partners
- Monitor emerging AI risk vectors and update mitigation strategies quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics with regulated technology
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and OECD AI Principles
- Proven experience implementing bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes and policy trends
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies for AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
