As a key member of our Innovation Ethics Council, you'll ensure our AI solutions align with societal values while driving technological advancement.
This role combines technical acumen with philosophical rigor to create guardrails that balance innovation with ethical responsibility. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ethical principles into our AI lifecycle, from design to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 standards
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI practices with engineers and executives
- Create transparency documentation for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Advise product teams on ethical implications of AI features and algorithms
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes (e.g., EU AI Act) and update compliance protocols
- Establish metrics for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks
- Experience developing organizational ethics policies
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
