Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across neural networks
- Design transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) deployments
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering and legal teams
- Establish compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (2026 standards)
- Create impact assessments for AI deployments in healthcare and critical infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Aequitas)
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI architectures
