- Lead stakeholder engagement across government bodies, NGOs, and industry coalitions
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and adapt compliance strategies proactively
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices and governance protocols
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Experience with AI system documentation and transparency reporting
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
