- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and update compliance strategies
- Report on AI ethics KPIs to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Law, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Understanding of EU AI Act and US regulatory trends
- Experience with stakeholder management across technical/non-technical teams
- Strong background in data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
