Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision, aligning with global market trends and emerging disruptions
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready technologies into enterprise strategy
- Manage a $15M innovation budget, evaluating and prioritizing breakthrough technologies
- Mentor a diverse team of 20+ engineers and researchers in rapid prototyping
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and industry leaders at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or CTO/CIO roles with proven 5-year roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience scaling tech teams from 20 to 200+ employees
- Strong network with academic institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Certified in AI Ethics (e.g., Google AI Principles) or similar governance frameworks
